Mobile coaching – new paths

The Mobile Coaching – New Paths project is aimed at people with multiple needs for action who receive benefits under the German Social Code, Book II (SGB II).

Intensive individual coaching offers tailored support to overcome multiple problems, thus achieving long-term integration into the job market.

Target audience

• People receiving benefits under the German Social Code Book II (SGB II) with increased needs for action in various areas

Goals

• Stabilization and coping with personal problems, including health-related ones
• Promoting motivation and self-efficacy
• Development of career prospects
• Application coaching

Content & Services

• Support in establishing a stable daily routine and with housing or life problems
• improved coping with health or psychological stress
• If needed, accompaniment to medical and official appointments.
• Referral to suitable counselling centers
• Building a willingness to change and developing realistic goals
• Communicating realistic requirements of the labor market
• Review of existing qualifications and clarification of further training needs
• Optimization of application documents and practical trials

Duration & Course

Two coaching sessions per week take place at the participant's place of residence or at the premises of the educational institution.

The participation period is 6 months.
