LIA – Demonstrate individual performance

The "Individual Assessment of Capability" program answers questions such as: Is it possible to take up employment subject to social insurance contributions or to undertake vocational training/retraining? What sensible steps need to be taken to make this possible? Or is there currently no ability to work? In addition, the current, individual, job-related resilience is clarified with the participant.

Target group

• School leavers and young adults who want to complete an apprenticeship or are looking for a job
• Unemployed adults seeking a job or training for a new field of work [success assessment]
• Unemployed people with different problems whose employability needs to be checked or determined.

• Clarification of professional suitability and resilience
• Initiation of individual support and assistance offers

Duration & Course

After the order has been placed, the participation period is usually 6 weeks – (2 weeks of testing followed by coaching sessions)
