Integration Specialist Service
The Integration Service [IFD] sees itself as a specialist advisory centre for securing jobs for employees with disabilities in existing employment relationships and in all questions relating to the professional integration and placement of disabled people in the general labour market.

- Identifying and promoting existing skills of disabled people and job-seeking rehabilitation patients

Content & Services
Together with those seeking advice, the IFD develops perspectives for their individual situation and works out possible solutions. The Integration Specialist Service offers job placement services for job seekers with disabilities and job-seeking rehabilitation patients, as well as counseling services for employed people with disabilities and their employers.
The Integration Service Darmstadt and the Darmstadt-Dieburg district offers special advice and support for hearing-impaired and deaf people.

The IFD is commissioned by the Integration Office, the German Pension Insurance, the professional associations, the Employment Agency, the municipalities, etc.
