Individual measures for activation and professional integration

The individualized activation and professional integration program consists of three modules. In the first module (duration 4 weeks), you will be introduced to the training and job market. We will support you in identifying your strengths and work together to develop potential career paths. After an activity-oriented trial (duration 3 weeks), we will support you in finding employment subject to social security contributions.

Target group

Goals

We support you in your desire to integrate into the primary labor market, among other things, by:

• Activating your own strengths and perspectives
• Training in the area of mobility
• professional testing and
• Placement in a job that suits you.

Content & Services

Module 1: 20 days of theory and workshops on the following topics:

• What am I good at, what do I find difficult?
• What jobs are there and what tasks do they entail?
• What can I do to find a job?
• What is the best way to apply?
• How can I present myself well and convince others of my abilities?
• How can I use the computer to find a job?

Daily attendance at the educational center [BWHW] is from 9:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.

Module 2: 15 days: operational testing [internship]

• A practical trial will take place in a company to find out whether the desired job suits you and whether the activities correspond to your ideas and strengths.

Daily attendance depends on the individual working hours of the respective company.

Module 3: 50 days: Placement in work

You will be required to attend our training center at least twice a week. During this time, we will provide you with intensive support in finding a job. Your cooperation is crucial.

Duration & Course

This project starts on August 12, 2024 and lasts up to 17 weeks.

The allocation is made via the Bad Homburg Employment Agency.
