Basic Skills FreshUp
Successful entry into vocational training requires participants to possess fundamental skills in language, mathematics, digital applications, and learning and work techniques. This is precisely where the "Basic Skills FreshUp" program comes in: In a compact, in-person course, basic knowledge and skills are specifically refreshed and strengthened. The program is not intended as initial training, but rather as a systematic activation and consolidation of existing foundational skills.
Target audience
The measure is aimed at people with and without completed vocational training, immigrants, and people who have previously found it difficult to gain permanent entry into the labor or training market.
Goals
The aim is to prepare participants so that subsequent professional training requires less time to be spent on teaching basic skills, allowing the focus to be placed on job-specific content. A consistent connection to the world of work and the application process is maintained throughout, enabling participants to experience the practical relevance of the material.
