In-house application center

Through our in-house application center, you will receive personalized advice to help you integrate into a new job. Your professional skills and any existing barriers to employment will be assessed, and a career path will be developed. You will be empowered to apply independently and successfully on the general (digital) training and job market and will receive support throughout the application process.

Target audience

Participants in Module 2 include existing clients, applicants/employable benefit recipients, and new clients. Participants must have German language skills at least at level A2. Those returning to work after family or caregiving responsibilities are given special consideration in Module 2 due to its flexible opening hours.

Goals

The goals of application centers are to support professional integration by introducing people to the training and labor market, as well as identifying, reducing or eliminating barriers to placement and providing assistance in creating meaningful and complete application documents.

Content & Services

New customers, existing customers, applicants/employable benefit recipients can participate in the in-house application center at any time after short-term assignment.

Duration & Course

The individual participation period is one day (individual hours) with in-person attendance. If needed, participants can be assigned to additional appointments. The in-house application center is generally open Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
