In-house Application Center

The In-House Application Center provides you with personalized advice to help you successfully integrate into a new position. Your professional skills and any barriers to placement will be assessed, and career prospects will be developed. You will be empowered to independently and successfully apply (digitally) to the general training and job market and receive support throughout the application process.

Target group

Participants in Module 2 are existing customers, applicants/beneficiaries who are able to work, and new customers. Participants must have at least A2 level German language skills. Those returning to work after family or caregiving phases receive special consideration in Module 2, thanks to flexible opening hours.

Goals

The objectives of the Application Center are to support professional integration by introducing people to the training and labor market, as well as to identify, reduce or eliminate barriers to placement and to provide assistance in preparing meaningful and complete application documents.

Content & Services

New customers, existing customers, applicants/beneficiaries who are able to work can participate in the Inhouse Application Center at any time after short-term assignment.

Duration & Course

The individual participation period is one day (individual hours) with in-person attendance. If necessary, the participant can be assigned to additional appointments. The In-House Application Center is generally open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
