Connect

Through the Connect project, you will receive personalized counseling to help you integrate into a new job. Your professional skills and any barriers to placement will be assessed, and career prospects will be developed. You will be empowered to independently and successfully apply (digitally) to the general training and job market and receive support throughout the application process.

Target group

Participants in Module 1 are employable beneficiaries with access to benefits under the SGB II legal system. Participants have German language skills at level B1 or higher.

Goals

The objectives of Connect are to support professional integration by introducing people to the training and labor market, as well as to identify, reduce or eliminate barriers to placement and to provide assistance in preparing meaningful and complete application documents.

Content & Services

New and existing customers can complete Module 1 as an in-depth basic training before or after they are/have been assigned to Module 2 (In-house Application Center).

Duration & Course

The individual participation period is two weeks (five days of attendance per week). Participants are required to attend the program daily (attendance time) from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (full-time). The program content is primarily implemented in a group setting. In addition, each participant will receive one 90-minute individual coaching session once a week.
