Connect
Through the Connect project, you will receive personalized guidance to help you integrate into new employment. Your professional skills and any existing barriers to employment will be assessed, and a career path will be developed. You will be empowered to apply independently and successfully on the general (digital) training and job market and will receive support throughout the application process.
Target audience
Participants in Module 1 are employable individuals receiving benefits under the German Social Code, Book II (SGB II). Participants must have German language skills at least at level B1.
Goals
Connect's goals are to support professional integration by introducing people to the training and labor market, as well as identifying, reducing or eliminating barriers to placement and providing assistance in creating meaningful and complete application documents.
Content & Services
New and existing customers can complete Module 1 as an in-depth basic training course before or after they are assigned to Module 2 (In-house Application Center).
Duration & Course
The individual participation period for each participant is 2 weeks (5 days of in-person attendance per week). Participants are required to attend daily from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (for full-time participants). The course content is primarily delivered in a group setting. In addition, each participant receives one 90-minute individual coaching session per week.
