Coaching Center

The goal of the CoachingCenter project is the successful integration into employment subject to social insurance contributions. Participants receive intensive support and active guidance throughout the placement process, based on their personal starting point and taking their individual life circumstances into account.

Target group

CoachingCenter is aimed at unemployed and job-seeking individuals who are registered for participation by the Employment Agency.

Duration & Course

You can join any week. The average duration of participation is eight weeks. Attendance on at least two days is required to participate in the project. Participation is based on an individual schedule, consisting of the selected modules in the form of small groups and individual coaching sessions.

The modules are typically offered on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The CoachingCenter team is available Monday through Friday to address participants' individual needs.

Financial support

The Hessian Business Education Association is carrying out this project on behalf of the Federal Employment Agency.
