Coaching Center

The goal of the CoachingCenter project is the successful integration of participants into employment subject to social security contributions. Based on their individual circumstances and taking into account their personal situation, participants receive intensive support and active guidance throughout the placement process.

Target audience

CoachingCenter is aimed at unemployed and job-seeking individuals who are registered to participate by the employment agency.

Duration & Course

Entry is possible every week. The average participation period is 8 weeks. Attendance on at least two days is required for participation in the project. The course of participation is based on an individual timetable, which consists of selected modules in the form of small group sessions and individual coaching.

The modules are generally offered on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The CoachingCenter team is available to address the individual needs of participants continuously from Monday to Friday.

The Education Center of the Hessian Economy e. V. is carrying out this project on behalf of the Employment Agency.
