Application coaching

The application coaching is aimed at unemployed or job-seeking individuals who need targeted support with career reorientation and the application process. In individual coaching sessions, realistic career prospects are developed, application documents are optimized, and strategies for a successful start to employment are devised.

This offer is aimed at unemployed or job-seeking individuals who need support in the application process and want to improve their chances of integrating into the labor market. There are no specific participation requirements.

Goals

The aim of this program is to support participants in integrating into new employment. Individual coaching helps to define career goals, develop application strategies, and strengthen their proactive job search efforts.

• Structured job search and use of the job portal of the Federal Employment Agency

Duration & Course

The program includes 12 hours of individual consultation per participant. These sessions are scheduled at intervals to allow for the implementation of job application activities, reflection on experiences, and continuous improvement of the application process.
