AGILE

AGILER is an individual measure for activation and professional integration for job seekers with health restrictions and increased support needs in SGB II benefits.

Target group

Job seekers who need support in developing a stable daily structure or in improving and maintaining their performance and who want intensive support in integrating into training or work.

Goals

This program offers you support in developing your career prospects based on your skills profile and with special consideration of your health. By activating and developing a reliable daily routine, providing career (re)orientation, and initiating internships, we can prepare you specifically for your training or work life. We will provide you with professional support on your path to professional life!

Content & Services

Phase 1: Entry phase

Analysis of your CV data as well as certificates, self-image, personal interests and professional goals, taking into account your health situation and current living circumstances.

Phase 2: Activation and integration phase including testing phase

Career orientation and competency assessment/strengthening, application training, job acquisition and placement in employment/training. Internships and supportive teaching programs, as well as health-promoting counseling and services. Weekly individual coaching sessions.

Phase 3: Follow-up phase

Stabilizing employment through support and advice.

Duration & Course

The duration of participation is usually 6 months with an attendance time of 25 hours per week.

Financial support

The funding is provided by the Wetterau Jobcenter.
