AGILE

AGILER is an individual measure for the activation and professional integration of job seekers with health limitations and increased support needs receiving benefits under SGB II.

Target audience

Job seekers who need support in developing a stable daily routine or in improving and maintaining their performance and who desire intensive support in integrating into training or work.

Goals

This program offers support in developing your career prospects based on your skills profile and with particular consideration for your health. By activating and establishing a reliable daily routine, providing career [re]orientation, and arranging internships, we can effectively prepare you for the realities of training or work. We will provide you with professional support on your path to professional life!

Content & Services

Phase 1: Entry phase

Analysis of your CV data and certificates, self-image, personal interests and professional goals, taking into account your health situation and current life circumstances.

Phase 2: Activation and integration phase including trial phase

Career guidance and skills assessment/development, application training, recruitment and placement in employment/training. Implementation of internships and stabilizing educational programs, as well as health-promoting counseling and services. Weekly individual coaching sessions.

Phase 3: Follow-up phase

Stabilizing employment through support and advice.

Duration & Course

The course duration is usually 6 months with a attendance time of 25 hours per week.

Financial support

The funding is provided by the Wetterau Job Center.
