The Single Contact Points for Employers [EAA] in the Westerwald district and Rhein-Lahn district provide information, advice and support to companies on all issues relating to the recruitment, training and employment of severely disabled people.

The EAA provides companies with a professional and independent service that guides employers through the sometimes confusing funding jungle.

Especially in light of the shortage of skilled workers, inclusion can be part of the solution. Severely disabled people are often high-performing, motivated, and well-qualified. They represent an attractive potential for companies.

The EAA cooperates with the Integration Office of the State Office for Social Affairs, Youth and Welfare, the employment agencies, job centers, pension and accident insurance providers, and integration services.
