Voice Placement
The Voice Placement project offers support to people with a refugee or migrant background in a variety of life situations. We support and empower them to enable them to achieve permanent professional integration into employment with social security contributions.

Duration & Course
Voice Placement is offered part-time (25 hours per week during the theoretical phases at the BWHW) and full-time (35 hours per week or more) during the internship. The support period lasts six months, with follow-up/stabilization lasting a maximum of six months.
Financial support
Voice Placement is carried out on behalf of the Marburg-Biedenkopf District Job Center. Your case managers are available to assist you.
