Vocational orientation (BPO)
The program supports people with a migration background on their path to employment. Together, they work to remove the barriers that block their path to employment.
Daily language training with practical offers and projects improves the chances of finding a job.
Target group
The offer is aimed at literate people with a refugee background who are entitled to benefits under the Second Book of the Social Code (SGB II).
Goals
We would like to expand your individual professional language skills and improve your chances of integration into the job market, provide you with initial professional orientation and place you in internships and jobs subject to social insurance contributions.

We strengthen personal responsibility, the associated self-determination and autonomy, and thus encourage the independent search for an internship or job. Individual and group programs are tailored to the individual needs of participants to facilitate and familiarize them with life in Germany.
Duration & Course
You can join at any time. Participation is typically for up to 12 months. Classes consist of 39 hours per week, including 8 hours per day.
Financial support
The allocation and assumption of costs is carried out by Neue Wege Kreis Bergstraße.
