Networking – Interaction – Participation

Our VIT in Everyday Life program aims to support clients with health-related issues and thereby help them regain social participation. Our program is primarily aimed at eligible recipients of social benefits with health limitations aged 25 and older.

Together with our team of consultants, we develop needs-based solutions to help you better cope with everyday life, for example, in the context of a mental illness or addiction problem.

In addition, a gradual return to work can be considered once the health situation has stabilized. Together with our clients, we develop individually tailored support strategies.

The overarching federal program "rehapro - Innovative Paths to Participation in Working Life" is funded by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. The goal of rehapro is to gain insights into how the employability of people with health impairments can be better maintained or restored by testing innovative services and associated organizational measures.

Target group

The offer is aimed at adults aged 25 and over who are entitled to benefits under SGB II. The prerequisite is allocation by the Groß-Gerau District Municipal Job Center.

The aim of the service is to stabilize the health of our clients and to gradually introduce them to the job market.

Duration & Course

You can join at any time and on an individual basis. The program lasts up to 10 months.
