JobpraxisR - Vocational training for rehabilitation patients

Health problems sometimes require giving up one's current job. Many questions arise: "What's next?" "What can I still do?" "Will I find another job?" etc.

Target group

This program is aimed at people with disabilities, severe disabilities, or those at risk of disability. Participation requires approval from the responsible rehabilitation funding agency.

Goals

With Jobpraxis ^R, we specifically address this point of professional reorientation. Classroom sessions improve and expand your theoretical foundation, while internships lasting several weeks allow for needs-based on-the-job experience. Together with you, we develop individualized, disability-specific integration strategies and support you in their implementation.

Taking into account the requirements of the regional labor market and the desired professional field, as well as your personal requirements, we provide you with specialist theoretical qualifications. The identification and subsequent removal of individual barriers to integration is just as much a part of the program as strengthening your personal, social, and methodological skills in group and individual coaching sessions.

Duration & Course

Start date: September 16, 2024

The duration of the course depends on the individual course progression and is generally limited to nine months. Both the classroom phases and the internships are full-time, and part-time solutions are possible upon request.

Early termination of the measure is possible at any time if the employee is taken on as an employee subject to insurance contributions.

Financial support

Funding is provided by vocational rehabilitation funding bodies.
