JobpraxisR - Vocational training for rehabilitation patients

Health problems sometimes necessitate giving up one's previous professional activity. Many questions arise: "What happens next?", "What am I still capable of?", "Will I find another job?", etc.

Target audience

This offer is aimed at people with disabilities, severe disabilities, or those at risk of developing a disability. Participation requires approval from the responsible rehabilitation funding agency.

Goals

With Jobpraxis ^R, we specifically address this point in your career reorientation. Classroom sessions improve and expand your theoretical foundation, while multi-week internships provide needs-based practical experience in a company. Together with you, we develop individualized and tailored integration strategies and support you in their implementation.

Taking into account the demands of the regional labor market, your desired career field, and your personal qualifications, we will provide you with theoretical training content. Identifying and subsequently reducing individual barriers to integration is just as much a part of the program as strengthening your personal, social, and methodological skills through group and individual coaching sessions.

Duration & Course

Start date: September 16, 2024

The course duration depends on individual progress and is generally limited to nine months. Both the classroom sessions and the practical training take place full-time; part-time options are possible by arrangement.

Early termination of the measure is possible at any time upon transfer to an employment relationship subject to social security contributions.

Financial support

Funding is provided through the cost bearers of vocational rehabilitation.
