Inclusion Profession
Inclusion in work is a measure to bring people with health restrictions into the job market.
Target group
The program targets rehabilitation patients and people with disabilities. These individuals require individualized support in developing career orientation. Participants are recipients of benefits under the German Social Code (SGB II) and are supported by the Personal Contact Persons (PAP) at the Hochtaunus Municipal Job Center.
Goals
The focus of the program is on developing career prospects and introducing participants to the job market. Participants must be guided, taking their individual circumstances into account, to develop concrete career prospects in order to, ideally, pave the way for a sustainable employment. To this end, participants are supported in the application process and the subsequent work trial, not least in addressing individual concerns. Work trials represent a central component of the program. The goal is for participants to test whether they want to gain a foothold in their desired profession. Ideally, they will be placed in a job subject to social insurance contributions.
