Employment-related coaching according to § 16i and §16e SGB II

The offer is aimed at people who are in subsidized employment (§16 e/16i SGB II) within the framework of a relationship subject to social insurance contributions.

Target group

Persons who are supported within the framework of an employment relationship subject to social insurance contributions in accordance with Section 16e/16i.

Goals

• Stabilization of supported employment
• Involvement of operational contacts
• Preparation of transitions to unsubsidized employment

Content & Services

• Advice and support throughout the entire funding period
• Individual coaching offers in the form of one-on-one sessions
• Advice and support at work
• Involvement of the employer

Duration & Course

Individual entry is possible. The duration will be agreed upon individually and determined before the program begins.

Financial support

The funding is provided by the Marburg-Biedenkopf District Job Center.
