we4edu 2.0 | Digital Career Orientation
The we4edu project, run by the Bildungswerk der Hessischen Wirtschaft eV (Hessian Business Education Center), offers Darmstadt residents a digital educational program during their career orientation phase. With a broad and flexible concept, we4edu aims to appeal to all educational institutions in the city. Across five modules, educators guide participants through everything from an interest assessment and virtual exploration of various careers to successful digital application strategies. In an ever-changing digital and economic world, we4edu is always up to date and adapts to current circumstances. One possible focus of the concept is gender-sensitive career guidance and the fulfillment of individual life plans.
