Vocational training preparation within the framework of the 2026 training and qualification budget of the state of Hesse.

Goals

Our program gives young people the opportunity to explore and improve their chances in the training and job market. Together, we specifically develop their skills and strengths and align them with expectations. We help, guide, and support them with career orientation, obtaining their secondary school leaving certificate, finding apprenticeships and jobs, the application process, and with personal problems and concerns.

Internships offer the opportunity to explore different fields of work and careers and to convince companies of one's own skills.

Both private and professional topics can be addressed in group and individual sessions.

• when creating application documents
• in preparation for the subsequent acquisition of the secondary school leaving certificate

• The individual participation period is up to 12 months.
