Individual measures to activate and support young people

The project “JuCO – Individual measure for the activation and support of young people” supports young people up to 25 years of age with and without vocational training who would like to take advantage of motivating, personal support in their integration process into work or training.

Goals

The aim of this measure is to activate and motivate participants with activation and support needs, as well as those with multiple problems, through targeted individual assistance, to find tailored help to overcome their problems, to introduce them to the job market and to prepare them for permanent professional integration into employment subject to social security contributions.

Target audience

The target group includes, in particular, participants from the legal framework of the German Social Code, Book III (SGB III), who

  • Unemployment benefit I (including those receiving supplementary benefits for living expenses under the German Social Code, Book II) or non-benefit recipients; this can also include job seekers/those seeking advice.
  • as a rule, they have not yet reached the age of 25.
  • need individual support
  • are not yet professionally integrated due to various and/or serious obstacles
  • would like to be gradually introduced to vocational qualifications
  • would like to take advantage of motivating, personal support in their integration process into work or training

  • Working world 4.0 and introduction to digital application forms
  • Imparting key and future skills
  • Maintaining and promoting health and strengthening personal skills
  • Preparation of application documents and job search
  • Preparing for job interviews
  • Support for operational trials
  • individual one-on-one coaching

Entry & Duration

The coaching program begins after referral by the Wiesbaden Employment Agency. Start dates will be arranged individually with you.

The individual support extends over 3 months and takes place in various modules alongside individual coaching.

Financial support

BWHW is carrying out the project on behalf of the Federal Employment Agency.
