Individual measures to activate and support young people

The project “JuCO – Individual Measures for the Activation and Support of Young People” supports young people up to the age of 25, with and without vocational training, who would like to receive motivating, personal support in their integration process into work or training.

Goals

The aim of this measure is to activate and motivate participants with a need for activation and support, as well as those with multiple problems, through targeted individual assistance, to find tailor-made assistance to overcome their problems, to introduce them to the employment market and to prepare them for permanent professional integration into employment subject to insurance contributions.

Target group

The target group includes in particular participants from the legal area of SGB III who,

  • Unemployment benefit I (including those receiving supplementary subsistence benefits under the SGB II) or non-benefit recipients; this may also include those seeking training or advice
  • usually have not yet reached the age of 25
  • need individual support
  • are not yet professionally integrated due to diverse and/or serious obstacles
  • would like to be gradually introduced to professional qualification
  • would like to receive motivating, personal support in their integration process into work or training

  • Preparing for interviews
  • Accompanying operational trials
  • individual coaching

Entry & Duration

You will begin coaching after being assigned by the Wiesbaden Employment Agency. Start dates will be coordinated with you individually.

The individual support extends over 3 months and is provided in various modules in addition to individual coaching.

Financial support

The BWHW is carrying out the project on behalf of the Employment Agency.
