Fit 4 Future 2024

This program is aimed at adolescents and young adults up to the age of 27 who have not yet been able to successfully realize their prospects for the primary job and training market independently. Balancing one's daily life with the demands of life in our society and professional environment occasionally requires support with individual, multiple problem situations. We address this challenge together with our participants and offer them information, methods, and coaching, as well as practical exercises and applications with which they learn to shape and build their future independently.

Target group

An offer for teenagers and young adults up to 27 years of age, who

• Receive benefits under SGB II / Citizen's Allowance
• have not yet been able to enter directly into vocational preparation, training or work
• Need support with individual multiple problem situations

With a holistic view and approach, we promote and challenge the individual needs of young people so that they can participate in the primary labor market.

• Imparting general knowledge and training-relevant content
• Strengthening media skills
• Preparation of application documents and application coaching
• Career orientation including internships
• Setting up and running a Repair Cafe
• Writing workshop

Duration & Course

6 months, can be extended individually after consultation with the placement coaches.

The measure is funded by the Hessian Ministry of Social Affairs and Integration through the Municipal Job Center of the Odenwald District.
