Realizing opportunities - practical and individual

Are you between 15 and 27 years old? Do you want to change something in your life? But you don't know what yet and you lack a clear goal for your future? Then Charli is the right place for you. We'll help you actively shape your life situation and improve it together.

Target group

You can participate in this program if you are 27 years or younger. Do you face challenges that you might not be able to overcome on your own? Are you undecided about your career, or are you unsure how to pursue your career goals? Or are you aware of the demands you face: perhaps from your family, the District Job Center, as part of an apprenticeship, or, for example, from the Youth Welfare Office or the Youth Court Services? In any case, you are willing to make some changes to your own life situation and accept support from Team Charli.

Goals

Charli's goal is to work with you to develop a self-determined and achievable perspective. To this end, we will offer various paths, programs, and methods to identify your personal skills and interests. This will open up opportunities for you to positively change your life situation and perspective in the long term. We will clearly define individual goals and opportunities and work with you to achieve them in small, practical steps. Your self-determination and freedom of choice are at the heart of our collaborative efforts at every step of the project.

Duration & Course

You can participate in Charli for nine months. You'll work with us individually in different, successive phases.
