Actively into your future

The activation support for young people is aimed at young people who do not yet have professional prospects and need support. To achieve professional prospects, it is important to consciously shape one's daily life and life in society. We support and accompany participants with helpful tools, information, and methods that help them learn to shape and build their future independently.

Target group

The project is aimed at young people under 25 years of age who are receiving social security benefits, have not completed training and need support in developing and shaping their future prospects.

Goals

The goals are the personal stabilization of the participants, the development of career prospects and full-time participation of 39 hours per week.

Content & Services

We actively accompany the participants into their future with the following offers

• Establishing a daily structure and personal stabilization
• shared breakfast or lunch
• general education, language support and application training
• Career orientation and supervised internships
• Implementation of various projects [wood, metal, household]
• Social skills training
• leisure and experiential educational offers
• Socio-educational individual assistance, advice and support in dealing with everyday problems

Duration & Course

Participants begin with a four-week introductory phase and typically participate for six months. Individual participation can be extended for a further six months.
