ViTZ [Coaching, orientation, placement of part-time educators]

Through individually tailored coaching, proven networks, and closely linked childcare, we create real opportunities for sustainable professional (re-)integration with the ViTZ project.

Target group

Unemployed women, women threatened by unemployment, or women seeking work who live in the Wetterau district and are currently unable to access any individually tailored support services.

Women can participate,

  • primarily with care and support tasks,
  • with or without a migration history,
  • with a school and/or vocational or university qualification,
  • with or without professional experience,
  • who want to return to work,
  • who currently only work (or are able to work) in marginal employment (so-called supplementary workers).

Goals

The primary goal of the project is to provide individual support. We also work with you to integrate into employment subject to social insurance contributions, professional qualifications or vocational training (part-time if necessary), and to facilitate your integration into the labor market.

Content & Services

The project consists of individual coaching sessions and group sessions. Up to 10 women can participate. It's a part-time project, requiring 20 hours per week in the morning. In the individual coaching sessions, you'll work with them on your individual topics. In the group sessions, you'll receive further training in various subject areas.

Duration & Course

Participation typically lasts six months. To participate, you can contact us at any time using the contact details provided and schedule an informational meeting.

Financial support

The project is funded by state funds [Hessian Training and Qualification Budget Programme – AQB].
