ViTZ [Coaching, Orientation, Placement of Women in Part-Time Work]

Through individually tailored coaching, proven networks and closely integrated childcare, we work together to develop your path to reconciling family and career.

Target audience

The "Part-time Placement [ViTZ]" service is aimed at women,

• who live in the Wetterau district
• who are currently without work or training opportunities
• who want to return to work
• or want to switch from a mini-job to a job that provides a living wage.

Goals

The primary goal of the project is individual support. In addition, we will work with you on your integration into employment subject to social security contributions, vocational qualification or training [part-time if needed], or on preparing you for the job market.

Content & Services

With us, you are the focus, with your personal topics, concerns, needs and questions.

For example: [Re]-entry into the workforce, starting work or training [part-time], recognition of qualifications from abroad, debt, care of relatives, everyday worries, existential worries, health problems.

We offer:

• free and confidential one-on-one coaching,
• Group coaching sessions to strengthen your skills,
• Supervision of accompanying children,
• Support in finding childcare or care for dependent relatives,
• Help with structuring daily life,
• Creating application documents,
• Application coaching,
• Support in finding suitable work,
• other individual support.

You can help determine the topics of the individual and group coaching sessions.

Duration & Course

Participants typically stay with us for up to 6 months. Participation involves 20 hours per week, 5 days a week, with at least 2 days spent in person [Friedberg]. The remaining sessions are conducted online. Not sure how to do that? Of course, we'll help you!

Financial support
