CV
Prolonged unemployment poses a significant risk to physical and mental health. In particular, long-term benefit recipients are disproportionately affected by health problems, which, whether diagnosed or undetected, lead to persistent job instability. This interplay between health and unemployment not only reduces integration opportunities but also severely impairs social participation and overall quality of life.
Target audience
The program focuses on individuals with health limitations who are receiving benefits under the German Social Code, Book II (SGB II), taking into account both diagnosed conditions and health limitations that are not yet clearly defined. Furthermore, the program is suitable for rehabilitation patients and people with disabilities. Participants who have a minor part-time job may also be assigned.
Goals
The primary goal of the measure is the direct and sustainable integration of the participants into suitable employment subject to social security contributions.
