Target group

The offer is aimed at customers of the Limburg-Weilburg Jobcenter.

Goals

At the placement center, you have the opportunity to shape your own path to employment or training—no matter your professional background! You'll have the opportunity to comprehensively and extensively pursue training or employment subject to social insurance contributions.

You will be supported and individually advised by competent coaches – whether you have any questions about the application process, legal issues or personal problems that make it difficult to start training or work.

Duration & Course

The individual participation period is four months, beginning with an initial phase and ending with a coaching phase . During the initial phase, you will attend regularly for three hours on four weekdays. During the coaching phase, each participant will have two one-hour individual sessions per week.
