Individual support for integration into vocational training

Our program provides comprehensive career guidance and helps you gain insight into your academic, social, and personal skills. We support you in your search for and successful transition into vocational training. In individual cases, we also assist you in taking up employment subject to social insurance contributions or in company-based entry-level training (EQ). This is ensured through personal coaching and group programs.

Target group

The program is aimed at young people between the ages of 15 and 24 who desire intensive, individualized support with career orientation and integration into working life. Referrals are made through the Darmstadt-Dieburg District Employment Agency.

With dedicated pedagogical contacts, we ensure:

• Your individual socio-educational guidance and support taking into account your life situation
• Action-oriented projects that take your interests into account
• Application training and creation of individual application documents
• Placement in a suitable training or job
• a comprehensive professional orientation including previous and current experiences from company internships
• close support in realising your personal professional goals during the programme and subsequently through individual follow-up support
• Your travel expenses will be reimbursed!

Perspectives and Opportunities [P&C] is offered at the Dieburg location in combination with the program
" Vocational Language Training Plus [BQS+] " is carried out.

Duration & Course

Entry is possible at any time and ends with the start of entry-level training, apprenticeship, or employment. The duration of participation is generally six months. An extension of up to three months is possible if necessary.

Financial support

The funding and allocation is provided by the District Employment Agency.
