Job Academy

In the Job Academy, the District Job Center's job-seeking customers receive qualified advice and targeted support for their independent job search.

Target group

The offer is aimed at employable beneficiaries who are entitled to benefits under the Social Code (SGB II) and live in the Marburg-Biedenkopf district. Young people on

The target group includes people looking for apprenticeships as well as people who have successfully completed or prematurely completed their studies.

Goals

The aim of the Job Academy is for participants to search for work independently under the motto “Your job is to find a job!” by utilizing existing resources and following the principles of empowerment.

Content & Services

• Application and communication training
• Strengths and weaknesses analyses as well as type consultations tailored to the individual needs of the participants
• Clarification of personal problems (if necessary)
• targeted job search

Duration & Course

As a rule, the duration of the measure is a maximum of 32 days.

The allocation is carried out by the Marburg-Biedenkopf District Job Center.
