InJob Coaching

InJob is a personalized combination of intensive job search measures and supportive coaching. The overarching goal is the permanent reintegration of job seekers and the unemployed into the general labor market.

Target group

The offer is aimed at people who are threatened by unemployment, the unemployed and those seeking unemployment, as well as those entitled to benefits who are able to work.

Goals

Building on the participants' professional experience, perspectives for returning to work are developed and a timely reintegration into the general labor market is made possible.

Content & Services

• Intensive support through regular individual coaching sessions
• Responding to your individual support needs
• Current information on the training and labor market
• Analysis of your job-related skills and resources
• Development of realistic and sustainable labor market prospects
• Application training
• Individual German language support

Duration & Course

You can join at the beginning of any month. The maximum participation period is six months. Participation is possible on both a part-time and full-time basis.

Financial support

The funding is provided by the Limburg-Wetzlar Employment Agency.
