Intensive job search and supportive coaching

Based on a comprehensive assessment of your initial situation, you will receive comprehensive individual coaching over 6 months.
Assistance with your job search.

Target audience

Clients of the employment agency who need support in their job search and in acquiring job-related language skills.

Goals

By learning specialist language and terminology from your chosen professional field, you will also receive intensive training during this time.
Vocational language support.

Content & Services

• Individual coaching

- intensive personal support

- Analysis of the applicant profile

- Application coaching

- Support for self-help efforts

- Ability to use the BA's online services (JOB SEARCH)

• Internships

- one or more operational trials with a total duration of a maximum of eight weeks

- Operational trials of one to three days are possible at any time.

• Vocational German language support in a group setting

- Teaching or expanding job-related German language skills required for starting an apprenticeship or employment.

Duration & Course

The participation period is 6 months.
In these times …

- You have one hour of individual coaching per week,

- Participate in a 4-hour group language support session each week,

Complete one or more work placements [internships].

Financial support

The Hessian Business Education Association (Bildungswerk der Hessischen Wirtschaft e.V.) is conducting this program on behalf of the Limburg-Wetzlar Employment Agency. You will receive your authorization to participate from your personal contact at the Employment Agency.
