Intensive job search and supportive coaching

Based on a comprehensive assessment of your initial situation, you will receive a comprehensive individual coaching over 6 months.
Assistance with your job search.

Target group

Customers of the Employment Agency who need support in finding a job and in learning job-related languages.

Goals

By learning technical language and terms from the professional field that suits you, you will also receive an intensive
vocational language training.

Content & Services

• Individual coaching

- intensive personal support

- Analysis of the applicant profile

- Application coaching

- Supporting your own efforts

- Ability to use the BA's online services (JOBBÖRSE)

• Internships

- one or more operational trials with a total duration of a maximum of eight weeks

- Operational trials of one to three days are possible at any time.

• Vocational German language training in groups

- Teaching or expanding the job-related German language skills required for starting training/employment.

Duration & Course

The duration of participation is 6 months.
In these times …

- you have one hour of individual coaching per week,

- take part in a 4-hour language training session in a group every week,

complete one or more operational trials (internships).

Financial support

The Bildungswerk der Hessischen Wirtschaft eV (Hessian Business Education Center) is conducting this program on behalf of the Limburg-Wetzlar Employment Agency. Approval for participation can be obtained from your personal contact at the Employment Agency.
