FBE

People with health restrictions who can no longer perform their current occupation sometimes ask themselves the following questions: “What will happen next?” “What can I still do?” “Will I find a job again?”

If you are asking yourself such questions, we can help you answer them with our Determine, Assess, Decide – Determine Employability [FBE] service:
Through low-threshold entry and progressive progression throughout the project modules, we specifically address your needs. Individual issues are addressed in one-on-one sessions. Group programs are designed to stabilize your health, strengthen your social skills, and provide you with cross-professional qualifications. If appropriate, internships in companies can provide you with initial steps toward employment. An interdisciplinary team supports and accompanies you throughout the entire clarification process.
At the end of this process, we will make a targeted integration decision with you and plan the transition together with you.
