Educators

"Educators" is the title of a project aimed at parents who currently have no income of their own. Implemented by the local branch of the Bildungswerk der Hessischen Wirtschaft e. V. (BWHW) in cooperation with the Municipal Job Center (KJC), the project aims to provide people with children with access to the world of work, either directly or through training.

Are you wondering how to balance work and family life? Returning to work often presents unique challenges for parents. Professional and family needs are sometimes difficult to reconcile, making job hunting difficult. We want to support you. Our parent coaching program is designed for parents with the goal of finding a balance between family and work. This includes both childcare issues in relation to set working hours and organizing daily routines.

Target group

[Single] parents who are able to work and are entitled to benefits

• Receive benefits under SGB II
• have so far no prospects on the job market
• Need support with individual multiple problem situations

• German lessons: listening, speaking, reading, understanding, writing
• Training of social and communication skills as needed

Duration & Course

• Entry possible weekly
• Daily Monday to Friday
• at least 10 to a maximum of 25 hours per week
