CoAF East - Coaching and job placement for women

Our offer is aimed at women over 25 years of age who are currently receiving benefits under the
SGB II, who wish to receive intensive individual support in their career orientation and integration into working life.

We also use individual coaching to develop strategies to improve your personal living conditions and to create the framework for successful and sustainable employment.

In the group setting, we want to promote the group dynamic process and thus enable or initiate an exchange and reflection on one's own experiences, problems and successes with regard to personal everyday life and the working world.

Goals

• We support you in your professional (re-)orientation.
• We work with you to develop your personal goals and offer individual social-educational guidance and support.
• We'll work with you to identify your career goals and find a suitable position for you. We'll take into account the compatibility of family and career.
• We prepare you individually for the application process and accompany you
• We are at your side during your (first) experiences in an internship.

After you have successfully started work, we will continue to support you during your individual probationary period.

Duration & Course

The duration of the program is six months. An extension of three months is possible if necessary. The average weekly number of lessons is four (45-minute) lessons. Students can join at any time.

Financial support

The funding and allocation is provided by the District Employment Agency.
