BpW-QUALI Vocational Training [Sales I Commercial]
Our vocational training program in the commercial sector offers you the opportunity to participate in a qualification, consulting, and support program tailored to your individual needs. This creates an optimal starting point for achieving your career goals.
Target audience
The BpW-QUALI program is aimed at all individuals who need support with integrating into a new employment relationship and clarifying their employment situation. This includes, among others, unemployed people or those at risk of unemployment, possibly over 50 years of age, as well as severely disabled individuals and recipients of benefits under Book III of the German Social Code (SGB III) with low remaining work capacity.

We support you in the BpW-QUALI sales/commercial qualification, in integrating into a new employment relationship through an individual coaching offer.

- Activation & Orientation
- Identifying and eliminating barriers to mediation
- Developing a confident and supportive approach to one's own health
- Restoration of the ability to work within the scope of personal possibilities
- Reflection and reorganization of one's own life plan
- Labor market-oriented life planning
- Teaching and practicing content from the commercial professional field
- Building self-esteem, motivation and social skills
- Recognizing one's own resources and developing them further
- Advice and support, e.g. on funding opportunities and specialist services
Duration & Course
The service comprises a total of 23 weeks for each participating person.
The program takes place 5 days a week, with daily attendance at the educational institution amounting to 5 teaching units per day [25 UE/week] and 8 hours in the internship [40 hrs/week].
