BpW-QUALI Professional Training [Sales I Commercial]

Our practical vocational training program in the commercial sector offers you the opportunity to participate in a customized qualification, consulting, and support program. This creates an optimal starting point for achieving your professional goals.

Target group

BpW-QUALI is aimed at all individuals who need support in integrating into a new job and clarifying their employment situation. This includes unemployed people or those at risk of unemployment, possibly over 50 years of age, as well as severely disabled people and clients under the German Social Code (SGB III) with limited remaining work capacity.

We support you in the BpW-QUALI Sales/Commercial, in the integration into a new employment relationship through an individual coaching offer.

• Developing a self-confident and supportive approach to one's own health
• Restoring the ability to work within the scope of personal possibilities
• Reflection and reorganization of one's own life planning
• Labor market-oriented life planning
• Teaching and practicing content from the commercial professional field
• Building self-esteem, motivation and social skills
• Recognizing your own resources and developing them further
• Advice and support, e.g., on funding opportunities and specialist services

Duration & Course

The benefit covers a total of 23 weeks for each participating person.

The measure takes place 5 days a week, with daily attendance at the educational center being 5 teaching units per day [25 teaching units/week] and 8 hours in the internship [40 hours/week].
