Activation aids for younger people [AhfJ]

The activation support programs are aimed at adolescents and young adults who have not yet successfully entered training or employment. Through project-based work, tailored support programs, and individualized mentoring, we help them better understand their strengths and weaknesses. Through project work, we activate and motivate participants and guide them toward training or employment.

Target group

This offer is aimed at young people and young adults without initial vocational training who do not yet have sufficient key skills and social skills and have fulfilled compulsory schooling.

Duration & Course

You can join at any time by arrangement. The program typically lasts six months.
