Individual support in activating, motivating and placing young benefit recipients

With our program, we offer young people the opportunity to explore and improve their opportunities in the training and job market. Together, we specifically develop strengths and abilities and align them with their expectations. We help, guide, and support them with personal problems, career orientation, and the search for and application for training and job positions.

An internship offers the opportunity to gain exposure to various work and professional fields and to impress companies with your skills. Group and individual sessions allow for the discussion of both personal and professional topics.

We continue to support young people in the first few weeks after they start a training or job.

Who can participate?

This offer is aimed at employable, eligible young people between 15 and 24 years of age who are entitled to benefits under the Social Code (SGB II).

Time scope and duration

• New participants are accepted on Tuesdays
• The individual participation period is up to 12 months
