• Long-term unemployed people receiving benefits from the Jobcenter

• Tips for reducing stress
• Tips for strengthening your health
• Help for self-help

Content & Services

• Creation or processing of the daily schedule
• Constructive thinking
• Social skills, confident demeanor
• Set goals and implement them

Duration & Course

Four modules will be worked on in a small group, total duration up to 8 sessions.

Entry into a passage will be clarified with the contact persons in Alsfeld.

GKV Alliance, in cooperation with the Vogelsbergkreis KVA (Vogelsberg District Pension Fund). Funding from the Municipal Job Center.
